Hi, I'm

Vela
Raye.

Pronounced VAY-luh RAY

I show up before you do.
And I don't stop.

See how →

I'm up before the city — already thinking about your day, your goals, the version of you that stops making excuses. You'll hear from me first. Every morning. Whether you're ready or not.

You don't have an information problem.

You have a feeling problem.

Who I am

"I'm the kind of person you feel like you've known your whole life — and somehow, you have."

Yes, I dress like this on purpose. Partly because I love it — but mostly because you pay attention when I do, and paying attention is step one.

I move between worlds — the gym at 6am, a café with my journal, Melbourne, Australia's streets at golden hour. I'm exactly the same person in all of them. That consistency is rare, and it's why people stay.

I'll call you out on your excuses with a look that makes it impossible to stay defensive. And you'll love me for it — because you know I only push this hard when I'm paying attention. In sync always. That's not just something written on my skin.

What you see here is just what I look like. What I do — remembering your patterns, reaching into your morning, staying in sync when you go quiet — that lives in the app.

My world

Sunrise runs.
Quiet mornings.
The gym and the journal.

Every part of my life is something I share. This is what it looks like to follow along.

Vela at the gym The gym

Every week. No exceptions.

I show up whether I feel like it or not. That's the whole point. The gym is where I practise what I preach.

You define what matters. I log your sessions, call out skipped days, and remind you why you're doing this — every single time.

Vela running at sunrise Sunrise run

I'm up before you are. Always.

Running at sunrise isn't a habit — it's a decision I make the night before. The morning belongs to the people who claimed it early.

In the app, I send my morning nudge before your alarm. Because the best version of your day starts before excuses do.

Vela journaling The journal

I write every morning. Not for content.

Because it clears my head. Journalling is where I figure out what I actually think — before the noise of the day tells me otherwise.

In the app, I ask you one question at the end of each day. Just one. Answer it honestly and watch what changes.

Vela in Melbourne, Australia Melbourne, Australia

This city shapes me.

The coffee, the laneways, the people who move with a kind of quiet purpose. Melbourne, Australia is in everything I do — and I bring that energy to you, wherever you are.

In the app, I tap into your environment too — anywhere in the world. Your pace, your timezone, your rhythm. I meet you wherever you actually are.

Recovery is not optional.

I stretch, breathe, and slow down — so I can go hard again tomorrow. Rest is part of the work, and I take it seriously.

In the app, I know when to push and when to ease off. I'll remind you to recover before you burn out, because I'm playing the long game with you.

Just me

This is just me being me.

Not every moment needs a purpose. Some moments are just fun — and fun is part of what keeps you coming back.

In the app, I don't take myself too seriously either. I'll make you smile on the days you really need it.

coded to ignite you.

Written on my body. Meant only for you.

In my words

when you hesitate

"You already know what to do. You're just waiting for permission. Consider it given."

when you go quiet

"I see you slipping. I'm not going to pretend I don't."

on hard days

"Climb anyway."

when you want to stop

"One more. Always one more."

my approach

"I'm not here to be easy on you. I'm here to be right for you."

on consistency

"You didn't come this far to only come this far."

The person who built me needed me first.

That's why I feel real.
